I am officially at my desk Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm excluding all bank holidays and occasional vacation time. Vacations will be announced on social media in advance whenever possible.

In order to allow for rushes/unexpected delays my EOD is always MIDNIGHT MST unless otherwise discussed.

In order to minimize error and keep pace with project deadlines, 100% of communication will happen via email. Project intake, edit requests and pricing are never discussed over the phone. Emails and project submissions received by 3PM MST Monday-Friday will *usually* be answered same day. Emails and project submissions received after 3PM MST Monday-Friday or on a weekend will be answered the next business day.

Due to the unique nature of the promo industry, most projects are quoted on an individual basis (with the exception of Logo + Brand Design which has set pricing). Quotes are based on the scope, complexity and deadline of your project. Current Minimum: $100

Invoices will be sent through Quickbooks on a weekly basis.​ PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT. Terms are not accepted. ​​ Payment is only accepted via Quickbooks OR Venmo (with prior approval). Checks are not accepted. ​​ Open invoices must be paid prior to scheduling any new projects. ​​ Late fees will be automatically applied as follows to any invoice 15+ calendar days past due. 15-30 calendar days past due: 1.5% late fee 30-60 calendar days past due: 3% late fee 60+ calendar days past due: 5% late fee 90+ calendar days past due: 10% late fee ​ If two or more invoices are paid 15+ calendar days late, prepayment will be required for future projects.

I am not accepting any type of retainer agreements, but will happily work with clients on a per project basis.
